Stephanie Webb, RMT, CDT

Stephanie Webb (previously Postma) (she/her) has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2008, graduating with Honours from Trillium College. Stephanie is the owner and founder of Trenton Massage and Lymphedema Clinic and also practices massage therapy at the clinic. Along with Swedish Massage, she also offers pre/post natal massage, infant massage, TMJ dysfunction, Thermal Palms, Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Combined Decongestive Therapy and is also an ADP Authorizer for Lymphedema garments. She is passionate about her work and will work with you to help relieve your tension, stress, chronic pain, musculoskeletal dysfunction or discomfort. Stephanie believes in educating her clients about body awareness and injury prevention through stretching & strengthening home care exercises. Her strengths include a nurturing & caring personality, compassion, and an ability to intuit the needs of her clients. When she's not at work you can find her exploring the outdoors with her 2 children, husband and dogs!

Jennifer MacDonald, RMT

Jennifer (she/her) graduated from Kine Concept Institute Ottawa in 2007. She decided to become a Registered Massage Therapist because massage therapy had helped her with her own healthcare issues. As a result, she wanted to help other people feel better and experience the benefits of massage therapy. She is most passionate about helping people reduce pain, stress and live a healthy life. Jennifer believes that regular massage therapy helps individuals to feel better, reduce pain, and maintain a healthy lifestyle in all stages of life – from our youth right through to our golden years. Jennifer’s massage therapy skill set includes Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral and Neuromuscular Therapy within her massage therapy treatments. She treats patients from infant through to the elderly. She also treats clients throughout pregnancy and throughout training for various sports such as running, cycling and swimming. In addition, Jennifer has treated and gained a great deal of experience dealing with patients who present with headaches, shoulder and neck issues, back issues and rotator cuff problems. When not at work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs Chewie and Mocha. She also loves to cook up a storm in the kitchen; a passion from her first career in hospitality as a Pastry Chef. On warm winter vacations south, Jen loves to explore the sea scuba diving.

Emily Manning, RMT

Emily (she/her) is a graduate of Medix College’s Massage Therapy program and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2014. She used to live in the Quinte area and has recently returned from Toronto to be closer to family and her country roots. She has been practicing in a variety of clinical settings alongside Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, and other Healthcare providers. During this time she had gained experience in working with individuals with varying impairments such as motor vehicle accident and workplace injuries, postural dysfunctions, repetitive strain/overuse injuries, and many other different muscular & joint conditions; utilizing safe, appropriate and helpful massage therapy techniques. Some of Emily’s techniques include Swedish & deep tissue massage, myofascial & trigger point release, joint mobilization, and passive stretching. She combines these different techniques to cause an effective yet relaxing treatment. Emily is excited to work with new clients to help them reach their wellness goals. She knows firsthand how therapeutic massage can help others. Emily finds it deeply rewarding to be able to offer this service to her clients and is looking forward to expanding her range of services by learning more modalities, like Athletic Taping & Cupping, through ongoing education.

Chand Khan, RMT, CDT

Chand (she/her) is a graduate of Trillium College in Oshawa and Marca College in 2016. Chand finds great satisfaction and fulfillment in exceeding expectations and making sure her client's needs are served and adhered to accordingly. She has successfully treated many clients with sciatic nerve problems, whiplash, pre/post natal massage, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, many types of edema and so much more! In addition to Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, she also offers Hot Stone Massage, Cupping and Manual Lymph Drainage treatments. Her love for helping others flourished and grew from her previous career as a medical aesthetician. Chand is passionate about helping others, continuing to learn new modalities and empowering her clients with home care exercises to continue achieving their goals. Between her extensive knowledge base and cheerful personality, her treatments are nothing less than fantastic!

Elise Garnier, RMT

Elise (she/her) is eager to start building a rapport with members of the Trenton/Quinte West community after returning to Ontario, taking her massage therapy practice back here from the Province of BC. In 2009, Elise graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College's Registered Massage Therapy program, and became registered as a member of the CMTO. Her first 4 years of practice, she worked in a variety of settings; private clinics, sport medicine clinics, and spas throughout the Peterborough and Kawartha Lakes Regions. Working with a variety of clientele, ranging from the weekend warrior and general public, to those presenting with injuries. Elise is excited to come to the area with her 13 years of experience, her knowledge and interest in Craniosacral Therapy, and to continue giving her clients the hands-on care she's developed. Many of the treatments focus into hands on skills, with myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and an overall treatment oriented environment. Elise always empowers her clients to engage in preventative and maintenance homecare regimes in order to build their own tool boxes to better themselves.

Payton Goodfellow, BAS, MACP, RP-Q Psychotherapy

Payton (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Guelph and a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Payton has experience working with children in autism behavioural therapy services, military families at the Trenton Military Family Resource Centre, adolescents struggling with addictions and concurrent disorders at Youth Habilitation Quinte, and supporting adults presenting with various mental illnesses, struggling with daily stressors, life transitions or managing their emotions.

Payton integrates a variety of techniques from evidence-based modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), to tailor client treatment plans. She recognizes that seeking help can be a daunting experience, so it is her priority to create a safe and supportive atmosphere where clients of all ages will feel valued and heard. Ultimately, Payton’s passion is supporting others through their unique journeys and empowering them as they strive towards growth and healing. No matter what it is that you may be struggling with, she will provide support as you work towards achieving your goals. Through the use of a client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed care approach, Payton is committed to walking alongside the client through their challenges to reach positive changes and an improved quality of life.

Vignesh Vellaichamy, PT, CDT

Vignesh Vellaichamy (he/him) graduated with his Masters in Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy from India in 2006. He has practiced Physiotherapy since 2006 in India, Botswana and Ontario since 2018. He has provided therapy to a wide range of patient population in his many years of practice. Vignesh has always strived to further his knowledge in the healthcare field. His passion to help people in chronic disease management lead him to obtain his certification in Education for Chronic Disease in 2019, Ontario Physiotherapy Association Wound Care - level 1 and 3, and his Vodder Lymphedema Therapy Level 3 certification in 2021. Vignesh has been treating patients in the hospital & community setting in the Quinte Region since 2018. He recently completed the Klose Wound Care Certification for Lymphedema Therapists in 2022 and is currently working on completing his wound care certification.

Manual Lymph Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy is used to treat and assess Lymphedema, Lipedema or other acute or chronic inflammatory conditions. Vignesh has completed additional certifications in: Vodder Combined Decongestive Therapist, GLA:D Canada Program for Osteoarthritis, Bioflex Laser, Conservative Sharp Debridement, Certified Wound Therapist, Pneumatic Pump Therapy, Garment Fitting for Vascular and Lymphedema.

Bhumi Patel, DOMP (Manual Osteopath)

Meet our Registered Osteopathic Manual Practitioner BHUMI PATEL (She/Her), who is dedicated to helping our clients achieve optimal health and well-being. Bhumi holds a Diploma in Manual Osteopathy, from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario. Bhumi specializes in treating musculoskeletal issues and uses a holistic, hands-on approach to assess and treat the root cause of our clients' health concerns. She uses various techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and stretching to improve mobility and reduce pain. With a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, Bhumi works collaboratively with our team to provide the highest standard of care to our clients.

Bhumi is also a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach and Personal Trainer for women with a special focus on prenatal and postnatal fitness!

Kayla Pereira, MACP, RP-Q Psychotherapy

Kayla (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP-Q) with over 6 years of experience providing individual therapy within the mental health sector. Kayla has completed an undergraduate degree in Child Studies and Psychology, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health, and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP). Kayla has experience working with a variety of presenting concerns, including: childhood trauma, PTSD, pregnancy, prenatal & postpartum concerns, depression & anxiety, self-esteem, chronic stress, and addictions. Kayla provides individual therapy services to teens and adults using a person-centered and strength-based approach. This means that she is committed to using an approach that best fits your needs, and focuses on building on your current strengths and coping skills. Kayla has experience working with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Dr. Tessa vanLeeuwen-Tyler, DC

Dr. Tessa's passion to care for others grew from seeing her mother work as a personal support worker and the joy it brought to her . After four years at the University of Ottawa, Dr. Tessa discovered the world of chiropractic. Working with a wonderful doctor in the Ottawa region, she realized the power of optimal health and wellness and the ability of the body to heal itself. Since that day she has focused on learning about chiropractic and how to serve others. After graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Dr. Tessa has continued her learning through the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association (ICPA) where she is working to complete her ICPA Diplomate. Her passion for chiropractic continues to grow as she learns more about the benefits of chiropractic care in the pursuit of a vibrant life for infants and parents alike. ​
